Job board on your storefront
Filterable by keyword, location, credential level, work setting and job type. Drop it in with a theme block, or paste the embed snippet into any page.
Hiring, on your own storefront
Post roles to a job board on your own domain, take applications through a form you control, and move every candidate from new to hired without leaving the Shopify admin.
Add the board with a theme block or an embed snippet. No theme code to edit.
The problem
A careers page nobody can update, a spreadsheet of names, and a folder of CVs attached to email threads. Every role starts the same admin over again.
A careers page your developer has to edit
Post and close roles yourself, from the Shopify admin
Applications scattered across an inbox
One pipeline, with notes and a full status history
CVs as email attachments nobody can find again
Résumés stored on the application they arrived with
Roles that never surface in a job search
Each listing ships JobPosting structured data
Candidates chasing you for an answer
Status emails and a portal where they track it themselves
Features
A job board, an applicant tracker and two self-service portals — all running on your storefront, under your own domain.
Filterable by keyword, location, credential level, work setting and job type. Drop it in with a theme block, or paste the embed snippet into any page.
New, shortlisted, interviewing, hired or not a fit. Every change is recorded, with internal notes that stay internal.
Drag and drop the questions on the applicant, membership and job-submission forms. Eleven field types, plus rules that show a question only when an earlier answer calls for it.
Every public job page carries schema.org JobPosting markup — title, employment type, location and structured salary — so search engines can read the role, not guess at it.
Let outside companies register, submit roles for your approval and review their own applicants. Their jobs land in pending approval until you publish them.
Job seekers sign in with an emailed code — no Shopify account — to save jobs, track their applications and publish a looking-for-work post.
Tell a candidate where they stand without writing the email each time, and send matched job seekers a weekly digest of new roles.
Four Shopify Flow triggers — job published, job closed, application received, status changed — plus Klaviyo, Slack, Zapier and webhooks.
How it works
Title, description, location, work setting, employment type and structured pay — so every listing on the board reads the same way.
Add the Workify Job List block in the theme editor, or paste the embed snippet into a page. The board serves from your own domain.
Applications arrive in the admin. Shortlist, interview, hire or close — the candidate is told, and the history stays with the record.
By the numbers
Use cases
Seasonal and shop-floor roles posted where customers already are, instead of on a third-party board they never see.
A real pipeline, notes and status history — without buying recruiting software you would have to bolt onto the site anyway.
On Business, outside companies register, submit their own roles for approval and manage their own applicants in a portal.
The board and both portals ship in eight languages, right-to-left included, with the wording editable on Business.
Pricing
Prices are per month, billed through Shopify so the charge lands on your usual invoice. Plus and Business are also sold by the year on the App Store — $90 and $209. There is no free tier.
$4.99/month
One live role at a time, with the full application pipeline.
$9.99/month
Unlimited hiring, plus everything that automates it.
$89/month
Everything in Plus, plus a job board other companies post to.
FAQ
On your storefront, under your own domain, served through Shopify's app proxy at /apps/workify. You add it with the Workify Job List theme block, or by pasting an embed snippet into any page — there is no separate careers site to maintain and no theme code to edit.
No. Anyone can apply from the public job page. If they want the candidate portal — saved jobs, application tracking, a looking-for-work post — they sign in with a one-time code sent to their email address. No Shopify or customer account is involved.
Every public job page ships schema.org JobPosting structured data, including employment type, location and structured salary when you set one. Whether a role is indexed and shown is Google's decision, not something any app can promise.
On the Business plan, yes. Outside companies register through the employer portal, submit roles that land in pending approval, and review their own applicants once you publish. Nothing goes live on your board without you approving it.
Yes. The applicant, membership and job-submission forms are all built by drag and drop, from eleven field types, with rules that reveal a question only when an earlier answer calls for it. A handful of system fields — name, email — cannot be deleted, because the pipeline is built on them.
No. Plans start at $4.99 a month for Basic, and the App Store listing carries a short free trial. Because billing runs through Shopify, the charge appears on your normal Shopify invoice and you can cancel from the admin.
A job board on your own domain, and one pipeline that takes every applicant to a decision.
